I write this letter in recommendation of Doug Marshall and Jason Peters of Mountain High Roofing as a roofing and gutter contractor. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Marshall and Mr. Peters on the removal and replacement of the roof of our condominium building in late 2015. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Throughout the course of the project, Mr. Marshall was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project, along with the anticipated timing of the initial start date. He also chose and managed the gutter sub-contractors as well.

Our job was done with care and swiftness. Given the size and complexity of redoing a classic, multi-story building in downtown Denver, the team did their absolute best to accommodate the schedules and desires of both out tenants and our neighbors. In addition, the team was extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. The team never left the worksite in disarray and always provided status updates and findings in a timely manner.

After the job was completed, there was some certain failure points noted in the gutter system after a couple of storms. When communicated to Mr. Marshall, he quickly had someone come out to our building to do an additional assessment and remedy the situation. Of all the contractors I could have chosen for our project, I am confident that I made the right choice in selecting Mountain High Roofing.

Jake and his crew were great. They were recommended to us by our insurance company to perform a roof inspection for hail damage. Jake performed the inspection and took care of sending all of the damage details to the insurance company and walked me through exactly what to do and who to call (this was my first experience with a home insurance claim, so I had no idea what to do).

They were great at walking us through the insurance adjustor's worksheet and explaining the work that was covered, and they stayed in constant cotact throughout the entire process.

They replaced our roof and repaired some damaged window screens and coordinated with contractors to restain our deck and replace our gutters.

Overall the experience was a hundred times easier than I expected, and I would happily work with them again.
